Qualifications

• Must be located within 40 miles of the facility.
• Bachelor's Degree required or currently in a Bachelor's program for Nursing Home Administration.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on training and development under a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Rotation through the various departments and duties in a skilled nursing or assisted living facility.
• Education on the interrelationships with outside parties and government agencies; study of regulations and requirements.
