Job summary

Fintech in Tampa, FL is seeking a Software Engineering Intern to join our Hybrid office. The role focuses on developing and maintaining software using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.

You will work closely with senior developers through the full SDLC, writing clean code and documenting progress while learning on real-world projects. The internship runs for 6 months at 29 hours per week with a path toward full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Solid interest in software engineering and foundational knowledge of C#/.NET.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases; understanding of OOP principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining software applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• Collaborate with senior developers through the full software development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; document code and progress.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, implement solutions.
• Support the team and learn continuously to improve development skills.
