Qualifications

• Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Proficiency with basic math and computer usage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Meat Department Manager in meeting sales and gross margin objectives.
• Ensure customer service and product quality, freshness, and selection.
• Oversee inventory, displays, pricing, and signing; monitor spoilage and product rotation.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate department staff.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and company policies.
