Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: assist in reception and uphold guest service standards.
• Develop Your Craft: follow a training plan with your Salon Leader to improve skills.
• Professional Partnership: work with a licensed pro for consultations on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: watch salon pros and ask questions to sharpen skills.
• Build Your Clientele: training on product knowledge, consultations, and client development.
