Job summary
Beechmont Country Club in the Cleveland area seeks an Assistant Superintendent in Training to join the Agronomy Team. You will work directly with the Golf Course Superintendent and assistants, gaining hands-on experience at a premier private facility while supporting grow-in, irrigation troubleshooting, and tournament readiness.

Qualifications
- Strong interest in golf course management and maintenance.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to club culture.
- Experience with greens, tees, fairways is a plus.
- Pursuing turfgrass-related studies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, rough, and newly renovated bunkers
- Support irrigation system operation, repair, and troubleshooting
- Assist in planning and executing agronomic programs
- Participate in tournament preparation to deliver championship conditions
- Support grow-in and continued recovery from recent course renovations
- Assist with ongoing master plan and construction projects
- Follow and uphold all safety policies and procedures
- Work effectively within a team-oriented environment
