Job summary

Domino's in Newtown is seeking an Assistant Manager to run shifts alongside the General Manager, train the crew, and ensure top customer service and food quality. This hands-on leadership role serves as a launchpad toward becoming a General Manager.

We offer a full-time position with an hourly rate between $15 and $18, plus bonus opportunities and a clear growth path, including potential franchise opportunities for strong performers.

Qualifications

• 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.
• Organized, motivating and calm in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

Responsibilities

• Train and develop your team
• Make sure everyone on your shift shows up and is ready to go
• Place food orders and keep inventory in check
• Put product quality above everything else
• Keep the team looking sharp and professional
• Follow all Team Sharma policies, including 100% Team Sharma App usage
• Make sure every call is answered on the first ring
