Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our team, deliver excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour.

You will lead shifts, train staff, ensure food quality and safety, manage inventory, and support the General Manager with scheduling and goals. Opportunities for advancement to General Manager exist based on performance and openings.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.
• Take orders, prepare food, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Train and coach employees on service and store procedures.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and break procedures.
