Job summary

Mesa Natural Gas Solutions LLC in Wisconsin is seeking an entry-level Shop Apprentice to support fabrication and service of power generation equipment. Under supervision, you will assist shop technicians and perform light mechanical repairs on IC engines and generators.

You will wash units, move equipment with a forklift, perform preventive maintenance, and help maintain a clean, safe shop while opportunities for advancement exist with proven performance.

Qualifications

• Must have High School or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; relevant experience is preferred.
• Veterans strongly encouraged to apply; forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash units, trucks and equipment including interiors and exteriors.
• Perform preventive maintenance on pressure washers.
• Move generator units using a forklift and assist in parts installation.
• Assist shop mechanics with inspections and tool maintenance.
• Help maintain a clean and safe work area and follow SOPs.
