• Construction experience is preferred; demolition experience is a plus.
• Previous estimating experience is helpful but not required.

• Must be local to the Fairfield area.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing estimates, proposals, and project documentation.
• Review project plans, specifications, and customer requests to help develop accurate estimates.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams as needed.
• Assist with gathering project information, pricing, and material costs.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and related documentation.
• Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Support senior estimators with project research and estimating activities.
• Develop an understanding of construction and demolition processes, materials, and costs.
• Follow up on estimates and assist with tracking opportunities.
• Perform other estimating and administrative duties as needed.
