Baird, Hampton & Brown, Inc. is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT) for our Fort Worth office. This role will involve working on civil projects for municipal governments and private developments, collaborating with Designers and Professional Engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program and 2-3 years of relevant design experience. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and excellent communication skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in designing civil projects.
• Engineer in Training certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze survey reports, maps, and drawings to plan projects.
• Plan and design transportation systems following standards.
• Prepare construction documents for permitting.

Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Excellent interpersonal skills

Strong communication skills

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
