Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of leadership experience, a track record of building strong teams, and willingness to relocate. A Bachelor's degree is required, MBA/MHA preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven leadership experience.
• Strong track record of building and leading successful teams.
• Ability to create a vision and drive results; relocation may be required.
• Must obtain any required state licensing during the CIT program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-the-job training across operational roles.
• Shadow clinical and administrative teams to understand the business.
