Job summary

Aegis of Madison is seeking an Associate Care Director to provide quality care to our elderly residents and leadership to our care staff. Under the Care Director, you will help implement ADLs and medication passes, coordinate schedules, and ensure safe, compassionate resident care across shifts.

This role combines hands-on caregiving with people leadership and a clear path to advancement. Qualifications include an active CNA or HCA license, 1+ year caregiving experience with seniors, and 1+ year

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA license required.
• 1+ years caregiving experience for elderly residents.
• 1+ year as Medication Technician with nurse delegation.
• Commitment to high quality resident care.
• Strong organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all community care staff.
• Find coverage for care staff call-outs.
• Manage care-related forms and report staff overtime.
• Work direct personal care shifts as directed by the Care Director.
• Assist in training of care staff.
• Participate in management of staff.
• Growth opportunity toward Care Director.
