Budget Utah is seeking a Management Trainee to learn how to oversee daily operations at our car rental locations and prepare for future advancement into branch management.

You will gain hands-on exposure to sales, customer relations, fleet coordination, and team supervision while working with experienced leaders to develop your leadership skills and understand how different parts of the business operate.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at car rental locations and learn branch procedures.
• Assist customers with rentals and explain available products; support sales goals.
• Help manage vehicle availability, inventory, condition, and readiness for rental.
• Participate in employee training, scheduling, task coordination, and team support while developing leadership skills.
