Budget Rent A Car of Utah in South Ogden is seeking a Management Trainee/Manager in Training to develop across rental car operations, sales, customer service, fleet management, and branch operations. You will learn by working with experienced leaders and taking on increasing responsibility within the branch.

The goal is to prepare you for future Assistant Manager and Branch Manager opportunities. You will gain hands-on experience and exposure to revenue, staffing, and customer service, building

Competenze

2+ years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or operations.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history.

Mansioni

Develop leadership skills and progress into manager roles.
Participate in onboarding and training of new team members.
Support daily branch operations across rental, sales, and customer service functions.
Work with leadership to coach and develop staff, manage scheduling and staffing needs.
