Job summary

The Apprentice Aircraft Maintenance Technician role at NAC supports inspection, servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of company aircraft operating under 14 CFR Part 121.

Working under supervision, the apprentice will assist with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, develop skills toward becoming a fully qualified aircraft maintenance professional, and follow CAMP, FARs, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in FAA AMT program and in good standing.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified Aircraft Maintenance Technicians with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Perform inspections, servicing, troubleshooting within training level and under supervision.
• Maintain documentation and sign-offs per CAMP procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Work safely in a heavy, regulated aviation environment.
