Job summary

Achieving True Self is recruiting for a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA support to children in home or community settings. This role includes PAID training to become an RBT, with a focus on data collection and progress documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Relevant educational background in psychology, sociology, education, or related fields is acceptable.
• Ability to work evenings and after-school hours is required.
• Driver’s license with reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with children using ABA-based learning strategies.
• Collect data and document progress in the EHR system.
• Collaborate with families to implement behavior plans at home.
• Support ongoing growth and development of each child.
