Wallace Brother LLC DBA Protection Seal is hiring an Asphalt Sealcoat Laborer to support our pavement maintenance team. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying sealcoat, and assisting with repairs for commercial and industrial properties.

Ideal candidates are physically capable, enjoy hands-on work, and can work outdoors in varying weather. A valid driver's license is required, and CDL experience is a plus for higher pay. Growth opportunities exist within a growing asphalt company.

Qualifications

• Experience in asphalt sealcoating or pavement maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Able to perform physically demanding work including lifting heavy materials.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Follow directions and work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid driver's license; CDL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare asphalt surfaces by cleaning, sweeping, and debris removal before sealcoat application.
• Assist with crack filling, minor repairs, and surface prep.
• Apply sealcoat materials using squeegees, spray systems, and equipment.
• Support pavement striping and marking operations as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies and quality standards.
• Collaborate with crew to complete projects on schedule.
