Qualifications

• Experience operating asphalt rollers or similar heavy equipment preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, maintain and make minor repairs or report malfunctions.
• Monitor asphalt temperatures and vibration usage for proper rolling.
• Adjust machine settings for material distribution and finish.
• Promote safety and encourage adherence to the program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Foreman.
