Reeves Construction Company in Duncan, SC is seeking an Asphalt Steel Wheel Roller Operator dedicated to safety and quality on road and site projects. You will operate rollers for compaction of asphalt and dirt, assist site operations, and follow company policies to maintain equipment and ensure safe work practices on busy job sites.

Experience with mechanics, hydraulics, and daily inspections is preferred, and candidates must be able to work day or night shifts and provide reliable

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred), but not necessarily required.
• Minimum of 1-3 months of work-related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to work day or night shifts.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Provide own transportation to and from work.
• Driving License (preferred).
• Must be able to provide proper documentation that you have the legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt steel wheel roller to compact asphalt and dirt on road and site projects.
• Assist in general site operations and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to protect workers around the machine.
• Inspect and understand machine hydraulics and basic mechanics.
• Keep equipment clean and perform basic housekeeping on site.
• Demonstrate safe operation and adherence to company rules on active job sites.
