Preferred Materials, Inc., a CRH Company, seeks a Quality Control Roadway Technician to support asphalt testing and roadway projects in the Tampa area. Must hold FDOT Roadway Levels I and II certifications and perform sampling, testing, and documentation for material compliance.
Responsibilities include aggregate testing, HMA production testing, roadway construction testing, and maintaining the test result database. A valid driver’s license and ability to work nights/weekends are required.

MUST HAVE CURRENT FDOT ROADWAY LEVELS I, and II CERTIFICATION
Conduct tests on Hot Mix Asphalt and component materials to determine compliance to applicable specifications. Assist in mixture adjustment and lay down operation to ensure specification compliance.
