Libs Paving Company, Inc. seeks a dedicated laboratory specialist to conduct testing on hot asphalt mixtures and on-site materials for municipal, INDOT, and KYTC projects.

You will design mixes in-house to optimize cost efficiency and quality, perform volumetric testing, and assist with new asphalt mix development. The role requires maintaining INDOT and KYTC certifications, strong math skills, and excellent communication.

Formación

• Five-year minimum Quality Lab Experience in Hot Asphalt Mixture.
• Mix Design certification preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain INDOT and KYTC lab certifications.
• Must be proficient in basic math.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test.
• Construction industry experience knowledge or training required.
• Must be able to withstand extreme heat and humidity.
• Must have excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all testing in lab and on site for municipal, INDOT and KYTC projects.
• Design private, INDOT and KYTC mixes in house for cost effectiveness and quality.
• Full Volumetric Testing.
• Design new asphalt mixes to increase efficiencies.
• Collaborate with State Inspectors and Engineers; upload JMF to State entities.
