Job summary

Milestone Contractors seeks a hands-on Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead QC lab teams across assigned locations, implement QC systems, and ensure products meet INDOT and company standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in quality control or a related field, 5+ years of supervisory QC experience in asphalt, and INDOT/Asphalt QC certifications (or willingness to obtain). Collaboration with estimating, plant managers and suppliers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality control or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in quality control in asphalt.
• INDOT Quality Control Certification (must obtain if not currently held).
• Asphalt QC Certification (must obtain if not currently held).

Responsibilities

• Directs QC lab functions at assigned locations.
• Develops and approves mix designs to maximize quality and minimize cost.
• Reads and interprets technical specifications and QC plans.
• Communicates with internal/external customers and plant managers.
• Meets INDOT deadlines and ensures safety in lab and field operations.
