Job summary

Grace Pacific Corporation is seeking an Asphalt Plant Service Person in Kailua, Hawaii. This role requires a safety-oriented individual responsible for supporting the maintenance and operation of asphalt plants. Candidates should have a strong mechanical aptitude and be ready to perform various tasks, including manual labor and routine maintenance.

Ideal applicants will possess a high school diploma, relevant experience, and the ability to lift heavy materials. A valid driver's license and MSHA certification are preferred. The job may require night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience, training, or a combination preferred.
• Valid driver's license with favorable driving record; CDL is a plus.
• Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, hot outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and general upkeep of asphalt plants.
• Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance of plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
