Job summary

Overland Corporation in Lawton, Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Operator to support asphalt production operations. This role manages daily production activities, supervises plant personnel, maintains production and quality standards, and ensures safe and efficient plant operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, safety-focused, and experienced in asphalt plant production, aggregate materials management, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of asphalt plant production experience.
• Supervisory or crew leadership experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Direct asphalt plant production crews to meet daily goals.
• Monitor production costs, material quantities, and reports for efficiency.
• Coordinate plant operations including planning, scheduling, and equipment utilization.
• Maintain logs, safety practices, and daily diaries; train personnel.
