Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of asphalt plant production experience.
• Supervisory or crew leadership experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, overtime, and 50+ hours per week as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct asphalt plant production crews to meet daily goals.
• Monitor production costs, material quantities, and reports for efficiency.
• Coordinate plant operations including planning, scheduling, and equipment utilization.
• Train and mentor plant personnel on safety, maintenance, and production goals.
• Safely operate company vehicles and manage driving eligibility.
