Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Related experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of personnel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends when necessary.
• Wear PPE per OSHA/MSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of the plant safely and efficiently.
• Report problems to Foreman or Superintendent.
• Perform daily plant maintenance and housekeeping.
• Keep the plant clean and organized.
• Report major maintenance issues promptly.
• Perform general laboring duties as needed (jack hammer use, lifting, carrying).
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
