• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Plant Operations: Operate and monitor asphalt plant equipment to ensure proper production and quality of asphalt materials.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on plant equipment, ensuring all components function efficiently.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all company and regulatory safety procedures, including proper handling of materials and equipment. Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Quality Control: Monitor material specifications, temperature, and mix design to meet required standards. Conduct routine checks and adjustments to maintain product consistency.
• Inventory & Material Management: Oversee raw material levels, ensuring adequate stock for continuous operations. Coordinate with suppliers for material deliveries as needed.
