Job summary

You will load/unload trucks and railcars, monitor quality data, perform light maintenance, and participate in daily meetings. A high school diploma and basic math skills are required, with Excel proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Excel (preferred).
• Ability to work without supervision and read/follow written instructions.
• Basic math skills and ability to learn computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to perform outdoor work in all seasons.
• Able to lift 50 lbs with assistance and perform related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Input quality specifications and batch data into reports.
• Sample product quality.
• Load and unload trucks and railcars.
• Conduct minor maintenance on equipment in the plant (pumps, racks, mixers).
• Attend and participate in daily productive/quality/EHS meetings.
• Utilize safety checklist and PPE as required.
• Ensure good facility housekeeping.
• Stay current on required training.
• Communicate between operators, management, trucking company and customers.
