Responsibilities

• Learn to operate a dual-use, continuous-batch asphalt plant.
• Complete daily service requirements for preventative maintenance.
• Fabricate and repair hoppers and conveyors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues to minimize costs.
• Repair conveyors, bearings, drives, screens and weld/fabricate components.
• Perform general maintenance on pumps and electrical systems.
• Operate mobile equipment including heavy haul trucks, loaders and dozers.
• Perform general labor tasks such as shoveling and sweeping.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.
