Responsibilities include adhering to all safety policies, keeping work areas clean, and assisting with plant operations under the guidance of the Plant Manager and Foreman.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of heavy/civil construction experience.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions.
• Maintain health and flexibility to bend, push, pull and twist.
• Capable of strenuous work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures.
• Interact with others effectively and listen actively.
• Keep work areas clean and neat.
• Able to follow verbal instructions and assist plant operations.
• Support Plant Manager/Foreman; assist around the plant as needed.
