Job summary

Fisher Industries seeks a dependable Hot Plant Laborer to support asphalt production at our Arizona facility. Responsibilities include site cleanup, equipment operation (skid steer, dump truck), and routine plant maintenance such as greasing bearings and checking gearboxes.

You’ll measure tank levels and monitor valve operations while collaborating with a small crew. The role requires basic mechanical skills, a high school diploma, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to read and follow simple instructions.
• Willing to work in a team environment and support plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Laboring and keeping work areas clean (Connex units and site).
• Operate skid steer and manual transmission dump truck in yard."
• Service plant by greasing bearings, oilers, and gearboxes; maintain machinery.
• Take tank product measurements and monitor valve operations.
• Identify potential issues and report them to supervision; assist other craft workers.
