Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating front-end loaders or heavy equipment in industrial environments preferred.
• Ability to read and follow procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a front-end loader and other assigned mobile equipment to move, stockpile, blend, and load materials.
• Perform pre- and post-operational inspections and assist with maintenance and repairs.
• Support production, maintenance, housekeeping, and material flow to ensure continuous asphalt production.
• Perform ground-person duties including material handling and cleaning around conveyors and equipment.
• Maintain safe work areas and participate in safety meetings and trainings.
