Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Paving Superintendent to lead sites in the Tri-State area. This mid-level role requires overseeing all stages of paving projects, coordinating crews, and ensuring safety and quality across sites.

You'll manage schedules, monitor progress, train team members, and maintain project records. A strong track record in paving, leadership, and PM software proficiency are essential, along with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in paving or related construction with proven project management.
• Extensive knowledge of paving materials, techniques and equipment.

Job Details

1. Overseeing all stages of paving projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
2. Coordinating and supervising the activities of paving crews and subcontractors.
3. Ensuring all paving work is performed in compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
4. Developing and implementing project schedules, and managing changes as required.
5. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality of work.
6. Identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project.
7. Communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and team members on project status and updates.
