Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Asphalt Paving or related Project Management role.
• Experience managing Arizona DOT projects is required.
• Strong understanding of Federal Contracts and DOT Specifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management direction for transportation projects.
• Manage contract financials including budget and cost controls.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.

Skills

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong leadership skills

Willingness to travel to remote job sites

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
