Job summary

gpac is seeking an Asphalt Paving Project Manager in Miami to lead projects to completion safely, on schedule and within budget. You will guide teams, coordinate with contractors, and ensure high-quality outcomes across asphalt paving initiatives.

Required are 5+ years in asphalt paving, a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent), and DOT/municipal project experience; relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Asphalt Paving.
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent).
• DOT, County, and Municipal experience preferred.
• Experience with projects from $50K - $20M preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
