Job summary

Rose Paving is seeking a skilled Pave Box Operator in Missouri to expertly run paving equipment for parking lot projects. With 3–5 years of experience, you will ensure materials are laid to spec and maintain clear communication with stakeholders about daily progress and site coordination.

You will master auger speeds, feed controls, flow gates and automatic grade/slope controls, set passes, determine yields, and monitor mat quality, drainage and aesthetics to meet Rose Paving's standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience operating paving equipment
• Knowledge of asphalt installation standards

What you’ll be doingThe Asphalt/Pave Box Operator is a skilled professional with 3–5 years of experience in operating paving equipment, specifically for parking lot projects. This role is responsible for the efficient operation of various machinery, ensuring that all materials are installed according to project specifications and in compliance with Rose Paving’s quality standards.
