Qualifications

• 1-3 years of asphalt or paving experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs onsite for paving clients.
• Provide service and customer assistance during site visits.
• Perform maintenance work on paving projects.
• Uphold quality standards and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Superintendent on needs.
• Represent the Company and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and complete daily safety checks.
• Support prep crews and general duties as required.
