We are seeking to hire Paving Maintenance Technicians for our Paving Group in Charlotte, NC.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform general duties related to asphalt paving, patching, or prep crews.
2. Operate equipment for line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, asphalt maintenance, and more.
3. Handle shoveling, raking, and other small tools as required.
4. Assist with equipment cleanup as needed.
5. Operate small power tools when necessary.
6. Signal operators of construction equipment to facilitate the alignment and movement of materials.
7. Follow OSHA and Company safety requirements, demonstrating awareness and understanding.
8. Maintain consistent and regular attendance.
9. Coordinate project schedules and phases with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
10. Document daily work activities throughout the project duration.
11. Communicate regularly with the Company team and clients.
12. Ensure a safe, hazard-free job site.
13. Perform additional tasks as required.

EDUCATION AND/OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' construction experience.
• Class CDL license.
