PCM Services seeks a dependable Equipment Operator / Asphalt Laborer to support asphalt paving operations in the DC/Baltimore metro area. The role requires hands-on experience with asphalt work, including lute, and operating rollers, pavers, or milling machines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of asphalt construction experience.
• Experience operating paving equipment and heavy machinery preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate paving and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with milling operations and lute work as needed.
• Shovel and rake asphalt during paving operations and support crew.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Follow project specs, safety policies, and site procedures.
