Position Overview
Francis O. Day Company is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paver Operator to support our paving operations. This position is responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of asphalt paving equipment on roadway, commercial, and industrial paving projects.
The Paver Operator plays a critical role in producing smooth, consistent asphalt mats while working closely with screed operators, laborers, roller operators, foremen, and quality control personnel. Candidates must demonstrate strong equipment knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
This position is hands‑on, field‑based, and requires experience operating asphalt pavers in active paving environments.
