BrixPavingNorthwestInc in Sherwood, OR is seeking a skilled Asphalt Milling Operator to support paving projects across the Portland metro area. You will operate milling machinery, haul with lowboy trailers, and contribute to safe, efficient project execution.

Ideal candidates have prior asphalt milling experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work varied shifts in a hands-on, employee-owned company that values safety and teamwork.

Competenze

• Prior experience in asphalt grinding operations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CDL Class A license with lowboy hauling preferred.
• Ability to operate milling machinery safely and efficiently.
• Team player with safety focus.

Mansioni

• Operate asphalt milling machines with precision and safety.
• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Transport heavy machinery using lowboy trailers.
• Communicate with foremen to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Load/unload equipment following DOT and company guidelines.
• Follow traffic control, environmental, and safety procedures.
• Work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends.
