Barnhill Contracting Co. is seeking a skilled Asphalt Luteman to adjust asphalt mat thickness and slope for a smooth finish using a lute or finishing tool in roadways and parking lots in Raleigh, NC. Experience preferred; training provided.

Must be able to work long hours, weekends, and nights as needed; valid NC driver's license encouraged. Responsibilities include operating lute, assisting paving operations, maintaining safety, and supporting a reliable team in a fast-paced construction site

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include willingness to learn multiple paving tasks.
• Ability to abide by safety policies and maintain reliability.
• Must have good attendance and be a team player.
