Responsibilities

• Perform asphalt paving, patching, prep work, and sealcoating; surface preparation and material application.
• Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and other small equipment to support paving and sealcoat crews.
• Assist with sealcoat application, including spreading, edging, and ensuring proper coverage and a quality finish.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
• Operate small power tools when required.
• Direct equipment operators to ensure proper alignment, movement and placement of materials.
• Set up, relocate, and remove traffic control devices such as signs, barricades, and cones.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety standards; maintain strong job site awareness.
• Maintain reliable attendance and communicate with team members and supervisors.

• Perform a variety of tasks related to asphalt paving, patching, prep work, and sealcoating, including surface preparation and material application.
• Utilize hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and other small equipment to support paving and sealcoat crews.
• Assist with the application of sealcoat, including spreading, edging, and ensuring proper coverage and a quality finish.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment as needed.
• Operate small power tools when required.
