Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice in utility construction since 1936, is hiring an Asphalt Foreman for underground projects in the Phoenix metro area. The ideal candidate will have experience leading asphalt crews safely while ensuring they meet project specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Safely lead a 3‑5 person restoration crew.
• Complete 80‑500 square foot asphalt projects to specifications.
• Accurately report crew hours, equipment utilization, and materials.
• Effectively communicate with project managers, customers, and inspectors.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of asphalt experience.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Experience leading crews.
• Valid driver's license.
