Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in asphalt maintenance, sealing, or paving estimating.
Active and valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive estimates simultaneously.
Proficient with corporate computers and professional email.

Responsibilities

Direct bidding lifecycle for asphalt projects.
Evaluate site conditions and engineer competitive proposals.
Lead field visits to analyze degradation and drainage.
Coordinate with foremen to align estimates with execution.
Communicate project scopes to clients and manage inquiries.
