Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our asphalt paving crew. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment such as pavers, rollers, skid steers, and loaders in a paving environment.Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment including pavers, rollers, skid steers, and loaders to assist with asphalt paving projects.
• Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Work alongside the paving crew to ensure smooth and even asphalt application.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain grade, slope, and compaction quality.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment as needed.
• Communicate effectively with crew members to ensure efficiency and job completion.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the foreman or supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating asphalt paving equipment .
• Knowledge of asphalt paving processes and procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Valid driver’s license
