Qualifications

• Must have clear written and verbal communications.
• Current driver’s license in good standing; Class A preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Strong sense of responsibility and alignment with company goals.
• Able to work under fast-paced traffic conditions.
• Prior pavement preservation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate an asphalt distributor truck to spray emulsions on roads, parking lots, and other paved surfaces.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Monitor gauges to ensure consistent asphalt application.
• Adhere to safety protocols, DOT requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with paving crews to maintain project pace and quality.
• Assist with traffic control and general labor when distributor truck is idle.
