Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in paving and repair of street surfaces using asphalt materials and/or related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily route sheets and rotates crews based on reports.
• Generates daily worksheets for crews using 311-CSR system.
• Receives and processes load tickets for asphalt materials.
• Takes calls from department personnel and offices and enters data into 311-CSR to create service requests.
• Updates records as potholes are repaired and closes service requests.
• Relays information between field crews and central office.
• Maintains daily worksheets with crew size, hours, and materials used.
• Uses Excel to maintain work records and productivity reports.
