Key Responsibilities:

Shovel, rake, and smooth hot asphalt on roadways, parking lots, and construction sites

Assist crew with setup, clean-up, and general labor tasks

Follow all safety procedures and instructions from supervisors

Learn and grow into operating heavy equipment and machinery over time

Requirements:

Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions (heat, dust, etc.)

Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced crew members
