Qualifications

• Experience in asphalt and/or concrete work preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; no provisional licenses.

Responsibilities

• Assist with asphalt paving, patching, repair, and maintenance work.
• Support concrete installation and related site tasks.
• Use basic construction tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Help prepare work areas, materials, and cleanup throughout the day.
• Take measurements and support layout or surface preparation as needed.
• Work outdoors in different weather conditions and on active jobsites.
• Follow crew direction and contribute to a strong team environment.
• Maintain safe work habits and follow company safety procedures.
